I am quite surprised that there is no “show me as away” functionality in the app.
Seeing as being flexible and on the go is what the app is for, this function seems rather essential.
So I’d love for the app to add this functionality!

You can find the “Show me as away” feature in your Asana app on Android tapping the “Account” icon in the left button corner of your screen, see screenshot below:

Thank you Emily, happy this problem was caused by mistakes in front of the screen 
Kind of a curios location for that functionality though, why not make it more accessible in the account screen?
“View profile” doesn’t really suggest to me that I’d find “show me as away” there, especially when dnd is in the account overview as well.
