To all, use the “Vote” button at the top is the most important thing to do ![]()
Hi all,
I have been wrestling with this same issue. This hasnt solved what I want or what i think is being asked as i don’t know how this can be replicated for my boss to look at various users
But this is pretty functional for me. I have projects shown left and then in my tasks I am filtering out complete tasks and then grouping by project
I’m hoping Asana is taking stock of the thread views rather than the vote number.

For our Marketing Team, simple requests are loaded as single tasks in a single project file but more robust projects (ie. multi-channel campaigns) require a project file of it’s own. As manager I need to assess/forecast project time by having visibility on all tasks and projects on a single screen.
I currently have 25 large “projects” and 50+ “tasks” in Asana and would love a single screen to view. Given the cost of licenses that I’m paying Asana for the entire team… please make this happen.
2 years later… gonna go ahead and say that this feature isn’t exactly “worth looking at” to them. Disappointing. ![]()
To be 100% correct, “this feature is probably being discussed regularly but the Asana team simply doesn’t share their roadmap so they don’t come here sharing an update”
We are in the process of assessing Asana for our use. This missing feature seems to be a deal breaker. Any news? Any commitment or plan from Asana team to implement a unified timeline view with projects and incorporated tasks?
