I’m trying to get sign-off to use the Sharepoint integration for Asana to link my project files to tasks.
I want to link to project documents that are in the project’s Sharepoint site (mostly Visio process maps). The trouble is that I have access to other Sharepoint sites that contain sensitive personal data, which I absolutely don’t want to authorise access to.
The integration is requesting access to:
Maintain access to data you have given it access to
Read user files
Have full access to user files
Have full access to all files user can access
View users’ basic profile
“Have full access to all files user can access” is the issue - is there any way to restrict access to certain sites?
If the Asana app is given access and my Asana account is compromised, would a user also have to have my Sharepoint credentials to view the documents?
