Why is the shared calendars so pale… hard to read without its original colors? Can you adjust this some how?
Hi @Stellan_Kristiansson, thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback!
While this feature isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.
I’ll keep you posted and let you know if we have any updates
The feature I want to request, and have had Asana confirm this does not currently work.
Allow the read only view to show the standard tag colors in Calendar view. Currently when sharing, the tag color is black and white.
I thought this would be good to request as all existing posts talk about custom fields and various parts which Asana most likely deem a security risk.
Where as from what I can see, with the right subscription, Tags are standard.
We use the calendar view to share the project for users to see over a period of months. Different tasks have different tags. Users can see the shared calendar. But miss out on the clarity that the tag color provides.
Hi @anon54020734, welcome to the Asana Community Forum

We do have an existing thread for this feature request in the #productfeedback category so I’ve gone ahead and merged your post with the existing one to consolidate feedback.
I’ll keep you posted and let you know if I have any updates
Thanks for including it here
Hi!
This feature makes Asana timeline shareable in a meaningful way across stakeholders who do not need to be on Asana. They would push us away from using it in the future.
Καλωσόρισες Σταμάτη, welcome to the forum
The read-only links are indeed limited, included to how many tasks that will show within a project. See point 10. in my post here.
As an alternative, you could try Instagantt.com which works great with Asana and free for up to 3 projects. You can share your Gantt chart with anyone, either dynamically updated or a snapshot (Baseline) and it can also export/print a very decent-looking PDF.
