Set reminders for tasks and messages

In Asana we can currently:

What I’m struggling with currently is keeping track of tasks assigned to others, especially when on those tasks/projects I have comment-only access.

What I do now is create another task as a reminder, and link that or create a dependency. (I can’t create a dependency from the comment only task, but I can from the other end).

This is work about work, which I’d like to minimise.

I’d like to be able to set a reminder for tasks and messages as easily as in the forum.

Hi @Jan-Rienk , have you tried the ‘Tasks I’ve assigned’ widget in the Home screen?

Yes I have. And that doesn’t work for messages or tasks I haven’t assigned.

And still a reminder would be nice.

Ah, I see. Yes indeed, that wouldn’t work for those particular use cases. :confused:
