Selecting a task - dependency

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
In the list and board tab, the task is marked as dependent. However, the same task in the timeline and calendar tab can be deselected despite the dependency.

Steps to reproduce:

Browser version: Desktop app.

Sorry I meant the option to select despite not performing subtasks.

Oh ok the ability to see subtasks by expanding a task in the Timeline view, correct?

This is about dependencies, so I think he’s not talking about expanding subtasks but about marking complete before dependencies are marked complete.

Is that right, @Tomasz_Grabski? When you say “select”, do you mean “mark complete”?

It is true that the Asana UI is a little inconsistent in that some places it enforces the dependencies in allowing marking a task complete, and some places it does not. I think that’s what @Tomasz_Grabski is pointing to here…
