'Select a Team" option greyed out when trying to add an existing project to a Team

I’m a member of the team I’m trying to add to the project but the field is greyed out. I’m unable to complete the steps in this snapshot.

You must also be a member of the team in which the project currently resides. If you’re in both source and destination teams you should be set.

I am a member of the team I’m trying to add the project to, I followed the directions just as stated in that snapshot. It is an editable field for me on other projects but on this one that I created it is greyed out. I’m a project owner on the project I’m trying to move and I’m a member of the Team I’m trying to add to the project.
