See Entire Team's Tasks with sections saying "Today", "Tomorrow", "Next Week"

Is it possible as team admin to see on one page my entire teams task list, separated into sections saying “Today”, “Tomorrow”, and, “Next Week”

This used to be a feature but I don’t know how to view my team’s tasks like this anymore.

Thanks

Welcome, @Joe_Mellor,

Yes. In your project, set the following:

Tasks will appear under three sections:

  • Today
  • Tomorrow
  • Next 7 days

Thanks,

Larry

Hi,

Thanks for your response, I’ve followed the screenshot but can only see my own tasks still, and not those of everyone else in the team. Is this something that is possible?

Thanks

Joe

Yes, it should be possible.

Please share screenshots of the project (are you talking about a project, or search results, or ???) and of what filters you have applied.

Where are your team’s tasks? In one project, or multiple projects, or no projects?

It might be hard to debug here without really understanding what you’re asking.

Instead of a specific project, I want to be able to view this for every project if that makes sense. So when I’m on the home page, clicking my tasks, I would like to see a list of tasks from all projects and who they are assigned to.

The attached screenshot shows my tasks sections and this is where I’d like to see everyone’s tasks if it’s possible.

At the moment only my personal tasks are visible.

Thanks

Joe

My Tasks will only ever show tasks assigned to you, not others; that’s the intent of My Tasks so that will not be the place to see what you’re looking for.

You can read about Advanced Search in Asana Help and star an Advanced Search report in your left sidebar for one-click access anytime.

Another approach is to multi-home (add tasks to a project) tasks from multiple projects additionally into one project for this purpose and use the filters I showed above.

Thanks,

Larry
