Sections turning into tasks?

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Our team has reported that a number of their sections are being duplicated as tasks. The task has this description as a banner at the top of the task:
This section was converted to a task. A new section with the same name now appears in your project.

Steps to reproduce:
We don’t know how or why this is happening. If its user error we are not sure of what the trigger is.

Browser version: Chrome. Version 77.0.3865.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The Asana team did this so that task details within your Headers were not lost when converted to a Section. Unlike Headers, Sections don’t contain metadata.

This conversion was necessarily to allow for the Sections in Lists to serve as Columns within a Board.
