Looks great; Congratulations on the launch!

I found one minor display thing and will post in the linked form.

Thanks,

Larry

As a few cents of feedback, I’ve been finding the forum harder to navigate as a forum.

  1. (1) From the front page, it takes a lot of scrolling to get to the Community Topics.
  2. (2) When you switch between New/Unread/Latest, etc, then it puts you right back up at the top of the page, and there is quite substantial scrolling to get back to where you were. (The purple header image/search, the categories, becoming an Asana Ambassador, and then the Community Topics again.) To me, the stats at the top are not a key bit of info that I feel I need to see every time I come to the forum.
  3. (3) The Categories section doesn’t look very forumy - the cards look more like help pages. Maybe if it said Forum Categories as a heading?
  4. (4) Looking forward to when the CSS styling of the posts gets fixed. This is a numbered list - the numbers aren’t even showing right now (which will make it harder for anyone else to read; I’ve added in extra numbers…), nor a re bullets showing on other posts I’ve made, nor any other kind of formatting/emphasis. How did you add line breaks in the announcement? To me this is a fair hindrance to using the forum, as a key part of communication is about how information is laid out so it can be more easily consumed.
  5. (5) Speaking of styling, the News and Forum Leader tips sections could do with some side margins for mobile width  so it is more uniform with Become an Asana Ambassador and the rest of the page, rather that going right up to the sides of the page - just something I happened to notice with the forum docked to one side of my screen just now.

Hi @Sarah_L, thank you for sharing your feedback, and sorry for the hassle.

Most of the functionality and formatting issues we are facing stem from a bug that appeared after the new theme was deployed. We’re working with our provider to fix them as soon as possible.

Fixing the formatting issues is the top priority, and we completely understand that this is super frustrating.

Some issues have already been resolved, and once everything is corrected, we’ll have better visibility into what needs to be adjusted in our fast follows.

We already have some fast follows programmed and are tracking all suggestions and feedback. We’ll do our best to accommodate them as much as possible in our next iterations.

“How did you add line breaks in the announcement?”

Answer: Until this issue is fixed, we are manually adding line breaks using the HTML tag <br>

Something else I’m noticing, specifically in the Ambassador Forum (not posting a screenshot just in case, haha). The three category highlights at the top of the forum main page all three show the exact same three stories/posts.

Hi! Is there a way to re-access the lessons after you’ve completed the course?

Thanks for reporting @billyadams! We are aware of this issue and we are working to fix it soon :folded_hands:

@NikiHuds you should be able to start the course again to re-access the lessons!

The new look is way brighter and cleaner. Thanks Asana!
