Saving Layout as Default doesn't save if using a custom field in board view

I’m trying to save a default layout for a bugs board.

I have configured the project in board view, and using the default Asana priority field as the sort. Once I save as default layout and come back to the project it resets to the default sort.

Incidentally, If I change to list view and then sort by priority and save as default layout, the sort is saved as expected when I come back to the project.

Is this default behaviour because of the board option?

I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my end. When sorting by a custom field in Board view and that layout is saved as default, the view does remain when I leave the project and return.

Could you please try these troubleshooting steps and let me if any of these affect the issue, particularly clearing your cache?

Thanks for the instructions. I have cleared the cache and followed the other troubleshooting steps but this didn’t solve the problem.

I also noticed that I have other projects that are boards and sorted by a single-select custom fields, so strange it won’t save it for this particular board.
