Rules (in My Tasks) triggered by Advanced Search result

I would like to be able to run a rule, which is triggered by a certain (saved) advanced search criteria.

Each new task, that meets my search criteria, should be a reason to automatically run a rule.

Workflow suggestion:

  1. My tasks
  2. Customize
  3. Add Rule
  4. Create custom rule
  5. Choose a trigger:
    When a new task appears in a saved search result
  6. Chose an action …

While this feature isn’t available at this time, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.

I’ll keep you posted and let you know if I have any updates!

This would be helpful as a rule within a project as well.
