Rules in a project template

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I’ve made a project template with multiple field, columns, and rules. Upon creating a project with this template the rules do not function any more and some are reported broken.

These rules are also based on the columns and it seems that creating the project takes too long to set up the columns and the rules are already created but do not match the columns anymore.
