Im trying to setup a rule but dont if it is possible…
I have the board/sections: To do, In progress, In Review, Complete.
I want to only be able to drag from To do board, to the In progress board, if the In progress is empty.
Effectively only allowing on task to be assigned the In progress board.
Any help?

I think you are right, unfortunately this is not natively possible in Asana because there is no condition to check on the status of another column (in your case, if the ‘In progress’ column is empty) apart from the column that the task is already in.
