For Meeting Notes, we use a Meeting Notes section, leverage the AI to draft subtasks for action items from the meeting. We cannot get the rule to fire to then pull those subtasks out of the Meeting notes task and into the Action Items section of the project.
Current trying, when task is in section, check if all subtasks are marked incomplete, move to Action Items section.
Is there a better way?

Hi @Ingrid_Bechard - the setup you’ve described here that you are trying, the results would move the parent task to the Action Items section if all the subtasks are incomplete.
Currently, the only way to accomplish this would be with a third-party automation with Zapier or Make.com
I too hope for the ability to modify subtasks in the way you’ve described. It would open up some interesting workflows!
