Reusing a seat after deprovisioning a user

I saw the following within your forums: “Please note that deprovisioning a user from your Organization doesn’t automatically reduce the number of seats in your Premium Plan.”

However, if I deprovision a user would it free up that seat that I could then reassign to a new user?

Hi @Kathy-Ann_Alleyne, thanks for reaching out! Could you confirm if your plan is linked to a specific team or to the entire Organization?

If you have a premium plan linked to your Organization, you would need to fully deprovision the user from the Members tab in your Admin Console. This will fully free up a space in your paid plan and you can then add a new member.
