Restore subtasks after converting task to a project

Hello everyone!

I need to ask for your support.

I converted a task (with many sub-tasks) to a project. After that, I tried to reopen the task but all the sub-tasks were gone :scream:

How can I restore the task as it was before that?

Hello @anon96849969, welcome to the Asana Forum,
Did you unchecked “convert subtasks to project’s tasks”?

If yes:
subtasks are inside oryginal main tasks (you have reopen it from project’s overview)
If no:
subtasks are inside new created project (you can move it back to main task as subtasks)

Thanks a lot for your help!

Luckily, I found all subtasks on the “my tasks” tab, and I could restore those to the project directly from there.

In any case, it’s good to know that there is a way to solve it besides that one :slight_smile:
