I wanted to try creating a new project from a task, so i created a new project to include all the subtasks. Now I’m realizing it makes more sense to keep that task within the initial project. How can I easily move it back along with all the subtasks and subtasks within those subtasks?
Hi @N0_N0, thanks for reaching out! As it stands, it’s currently not possible to convert the project back to a task including all its subtasks. We have a thread for this request, you can vote here: Convert a project to a task. You convert your project back to a task following these steps:
- Create a task in your project
- Open this task
- Drag and drop the tasks you want to convert as subtasks of this project
- Once you have converted all subtasks, you can add the task to the previous the project and delete the project that was created
