Restore a deleted custom field

A custom field was accidentally deleted from my company’s Asana account. I don’t know who deleted it. According to other Forums, it seems it can be restored with Asana’s help.

I’ve tried contacting support through the AI chat bot here but it’s broken. I’ve tried at least a dozen times and on different browsers. After gathering my name and email, it asks you to provide an overview of your issue. Regardless of my response, it responds with an error and the chat bot starts over.

Help :broken_heart: This custom field is connected to hundreds of projects and over a year’s worth of task data.

@Sydney_Garcia2 - welcome to the forum and sorry your having issues! Asana support has a known issue that’s interfering with ticket creation. In the meantime, they’ve provided this form for your to contact them.

Assuming you can give them some basic info about the field, they should hopefully be able to restore it (they’ve done it for me before).
