Response time from Support

HI,

Does anyone have any experience getting help from the support team? How long after you log a ticket do they get back to you?

We’ve seen reports that it’s taking up to a week as of this writing.

Happy to report that we have gotten a response from the support team, the issue has not been resolved, they sent a very generalized answer, but I have replied with our questions. Just giving an update!
