@jssol - welcome to the forum! There is a way to view all unassigned tasks but not in dashboards. If you use the advanced search functionality, you can search for all tasks where assignee=nobody (i.e., unassigned). You can then star the results and/or share them. Again, it won’t give you this info in a chart, but it does mimic a “report”:

Yes there is such option, but i believe all of us is looking for such option in Dashboard section.

I found a work-around but it requires some work initially and will have to be maintained.
Create a section called Unassigned (for example) and move tasks, which are unassigned, to that section.
Now you can use the report “Incomplete tasks by sections”
This enables me, and my team to monitor incoming tasks

To add to this. If it is suppose to cover the whole organisation a new user called “Nobody” could be created. Then you add him to all tickets as the assignee.
