I have a former team member who is still getting notifications as if he is following tasks…but I can’t find him in the system anywhere as a member or collaborator. He wants the emails to stop, but I don’t know how to help him…

I suspect your colleague may have been removed from one team, but not from the Org itself. You can have a look at this handy article to learn how to fully remove someone from your Organization; and if this doesn’t resolve your issue, feel free to reach out to our support team; they will be able to take a direct look into your account and let you know exactly why this is happening!

Marie, I have an ex-employee who I removed from the Org. However, they are still listed as a collaborator in some of their former tasks and still receive notifications from changes of these tasks. Is there a way to globally remove the person from the collaborators following the project? Thanks
