Many of our users use portfolios to manage their individual projects across various teams. They want to be able to see all the projects they’re responsible for, or part of, in one place. That makes perfect sense to me.
But on the new Advanced license, our org is limited to a fixed number of portfolios regardless of the user count.
Why?
Good question, it indeed doesn’t make sense when each user has a portfolio. Especially since Asana creates a portfolio for a user when accessing the feature the first time…
@Bastien_Siebman Thanks for the backup, I’m glad I’m not the only one.
Also, how do we even check how many portfolios we currently have across the org to see if we’re going to have a problem when the licenses roll over?
I can’t find anything in the admin console.
Ironically, this is a tool available in the Admin Console for the Advanced user, you are still in Business and haven’t made the switch yet…
Find out if you exceed the limit after you’ve migrated to the plan with a limit!
