Good Morning.
All of a sudden, my Asana gave me a box and said I needed to reload. When I hit reload - it through up that I needed to contact support and give them a weird phrase about 23 magenta bobcats.
I went to the bot and asked to start a support ticket with the odd phrase.
Can anyone help me get my Asana back?

Yep, looks like a partial outage. This page is helpful

I’ve been having several issues today with either reloading times, slow updates, etc…now it outright says the content is blocked.
Is there a way to know if their server is down? Is this an Asana thing or my IT thing?

I think there’s a server outage, I cannot access Asana at all.

I am suddenly experiencing my Asana is not loading up. Need an asap solution as the whole organization is facing the same issue.
Hi everyone, I can confirm that we are currently experiencing an Outage, and as @Herve_Buisset mentioned, we’ll be sharing updates in our Status page.
My entire team is experiencing this issue as well. They fixed it for a brief time but the site when down again about 15 minutes ago and hasn’t come back up.

Experiencing the same and I have pending tasks to be created.

Error Page says: Contact Support with following sentence … .
But i can’t find the right page or chatbot to contact any support …
Asana wasn’t working the whole of this morning but it literally just started working.

Hi @Kerry_Garner, no, you don’t need to, since it’s a widespread issue and not account specific. The fix will work for everyone
