Reload Issues - Partial Outage

Good Morning. All of a sudden, my Asana gave me a box and said I needed to reload. When I hit reload - it through up that I needed to contact support and give them a weird phrase about 23 magenta bobcats. I went to the bot and asked to start a support ticket with the odd phrase. Can anyone help me get my Asana back? Thank you!
