We use a lot of AI rules. As the builder for our organization (we are less than 50 staff), I have built most of our templates and am the rule owner for these templates. We have setup a good number of AI rules within these templates. When a new project is created from a template, I remain as the rule owner. This means, as we create more projects, there are more AI rules that I own. Because Asana sets daily limits on users, we are hitting our daily limits pretty quickly.
When projects are created from templates, the rule ownership needs to transfer to the project owner (the person that created the project). This would significantly reduce the number of rules I own and may mitigate the need to upgrade to AI studio pro. That or remove the daily limits for users - especially for those of us that are builders for our entire organization. This could be a role that is limited to x number of people within an organization based on that orgs size. The org limits could still apply, just remove the user limits.
