I have long meetings where we go over different building projects of a complex master plan, our team tries to get all the information as tasks in a general list so then we organize each task into their own project. Is is possible to label them so the label sends automatically to their project or section?

Yes! The easiest way to do this is to mutliselect these tasks and to multi-home them in the project you want to move them into. Once you’ve added them to this other project, you can remove them from their initial project (if you wish to!)
