It seems like you don’t need to officially join a portfolio to view it - you just need the link. So, what does joining a portfolio do? Will you start to receive status updates for all projects in a portfolio if you “join” it?
Hi @Justine_D, you are right, anyone you share the url with in the Organization will be able to access a public Portfolio. Once they visit the url, it will automatically show up in their recents section in Portfolios view.
If you join a Portfolio and become a Member, you will receive a Weekly Report email provided you have your email notifications turned on.
