Public links missing project / company specific info

Hi,

We would like to share filtered views, using public links, to provide relevant info in e.g. a Teams channel used for status and collaboration in projects. However, the public link from a custom list does not include filters. Is this a setting issue, or is it limited functionality for this feature?

Also, any changes to layout or filters in Calender/Timeline (e.g. other colors than Asana default) is not reflected in the public view either.

Can project specific columns, filters and views be shared using public links?

Hi @Ingfrid_H_H , this is expected behaviour - public links have limited functionality.

However, if you are on an Enterprise tier, you can add any member from your domain or associated domains with View only licenses that do not have any additional cost.

Alternatively, if you are wanting to share projects with users outside of your company (not employees) then you can add them as Guests, also unlimited without any additional cost.
