Proofing doesn't save visual tagging?

Hi there, the visual “Add Feedback” tags in Asana Proofing seem to disappear once the subtasks they are associated with are complete. The subtasks themselves are retained, but the little circular number tags on the marked-up visual seem to go away, and I can’t seem to get them to come back. Is that correct, and is there any way to get them to stick around? My design team wants to go back to getting approvers to upload marked-up PDF’s because the record of what needs to be changed is retained for later reference.

Good point, the way I see it: the image is being cleaned up from outdated pins since the subtasks have been completed. I don’t believe there is a way around other than not completing the subtasks but use another mechanism to show completion (tag, word in task name…)
