Project Status view in list

Can you add a function or option for Project Status to the list view?

You can filter from the Browse Projects page, based on Status of Active, Completed, Archived, but we would still be required to click into every project individually to determine true status. (On hold, At Risk, On track, etc.)

There seems to be no straightforward or easy way to view the status of projects in a list form.

Which list? The sidebar? A team’s project list?
What you describe is what portfolios were created for :slight_smile:

Marking as solved since I believe portfolios are the right answer

So you can only see statuses of projects as a whole with portfolio?

From the list of projects, there’s no way to just have a column or list view reflecting project status. You can attempt to filter, but even the filter options (Active, Completed, Archived) don’t reflect the Project status. Requiring users to click into every single individual project to determine status.

But what you’re saying is we have to pay the additional upgrade for the next level, to have Portfolio, to see this kind of information high level?

Yes that’s the whole point of portfolios and indeed this requires a paid upgrade

@Vanessa_Quinn,

Using my free Asana2Go you can see multiple projects’ statuses without clicking into them and without upgrading, if you’re willing do use this third-party tool and do a little set up as shown in the video:

Thanks,
