Project Gone - No Email

One of our project boards seemingly disappeared over the weekend and no one got an email about the deletion. I’ve checked in the archived projects and am not seeing it, we are still able to see tasks that were assigned on that project however. I did contact support and am awaiting their reply, but was hoping there were some additional troubleshooting steps I could take in the meantime.

Additionally, you could try an advanced search on the project name, and for status be sure to select deleted.

Thank you for the response! Is there a way to see this if you do not have a paid plan?

I checked, and I fear not. Advanced search is available on all paid plans, but not the free plan.

Hi Jan - thank you again for your response! I upgraded to a free trial to see if I had any luck, but there is still no record of that project. I went to some old email alerts where tasks were put on that project and I am seeing it there, but nowhere else. It’s very strange.

Do you have a link to the project somewhere? Maybe someone stored a shortcut or has an email that it was shared with them?
