I can add a chart in reporting for corp. goals. Is there a way to add a chart for project goals?

I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean by adding a chart for project goals. Could you elaborate a little here so that I can guide you further? 
If I understand it correctly, than she refers to the fact that you cannot display goals in the reports at the moment. So if you build a report, you cannot include information/charts about goals. This is what I miss as well!
The use case is building a team dashboard for a good status overview, and this should include info about the tasks as well as where we stay with regards to the goals.
