Has reddiapps gone out of business? Project Buddy has stopped working, and the company is no longer responding to emails. The problem is, there’s no way to cancel my account and stop them from charging my credit card. @Asana_Yeti is there anything that can be done about this?

I’ve emailed her multiple times with no response. The just keep charging my CC and the software doesn’t even work at this point.
Sorry to hear that, @James_Grossi1. Perhaps you could contest the charges with your CC if you have no other recourse. I’ve done that a couple of times and it was taken very seriously and was a straightforward process.
Our Reddiapps task-autonumbering for Asana has also stopped working july 2nd and no response from emails either…
I’ve been trying to get help for MONTHS and there is zero response from them on anything. Super disappointed, because it gave me near-instant Google Calendar sync. Guess I’m off to vibe code a solution instead.
Hi! Interesting to read this. I canceled reddi apps too, or better to say I’m trying to as there is no button. I got no reply to my email, but so far it seems the payments have stopped, at least I would have expected one for the end of July and there is no payment so far. I didn’t even notice that it doesn’t work anymore as I went from Asana to notion and just forgot to cancel reddi apps for half a year. how is it going for you, did the payments stopped as well?
Unfortunately, they still charged me for July… I’m going to see what happens in August. If they charge me again, I’ll just have to dispute the transaction on my credit card.
