Ok, I’ll try to explain as clearly as possible.
We’ve created projects in our Team for our different rooms (Project Room1, Project Room 2, etc), so we can see the booking of the different rooms easily.
Now, if we select our Team and change the view to “Calendar” those “room project” are lost inside all the different project I assume based on the start-stop dates. But I would like to have those projects show up at the top of our calendar view.
Or is there a way to sort the calendar by color since all our room are dark grey?
There are very limited options in Team calendars so I’m afraid the answer is no.
Could you move those room projects to their own Team? Then that team’s calendar would exclusively be for rooms and you the entries wouldn’t be hidden by competing entries.
