Prevent Outlook Asana Frequent log out

Asana plugin in outlook is a great feature to use but it logs out almost on a daily basis which is quite frustrating, how do we change the log out period for a longer period

While this feature isn’t available right now, hopefully it’s something our Product team can implement in the future.

@Rebecca_McGrath - This is not a feature, but more of an issue. There are multiple steps which needs to be entered on a daily basis

  1. Email ID Screen
  2. Password Screen
  3. Permission Screen ( Allow Deny access of Asana to Outlook )

During the day this is not required, so there is a placeholder where the password is actually saved.

Hi @Gowri_Shankar_RJ, thanks for following up. I’d recommend reaching out to Microsoft support directly about this as they would control the auto logout of your account. :slight_smile:
