Persistent Goals Views for Teams

We’re encouraging broader adoption of Asana Goals, but we’ve run into a limitation: goals views aren’t truly persistent or shared.

Today, I can create a goals view and share a link with my team, but that view doesn’t behave like a shared object. If I update the filters or grouping, those changes don’t carry over for others. The view title also isn’t preserved when teammates open the link, which makes it harder to communicate what the view is meant to represent.

This works differently in projects and portfolios, where views are persistent—updates stick and are reflected consistently for everyone. Bringing that same behavior to Goals would make it much easier to manage and communicate goals at scale.

Am I missing an existing capability that already supports this, or is there a good workaround others are using today?

@Paul_Congdon,

I agree!

Don’t forget to click the title to scroll to the top and vote by clicking the Vote button (as I just did); that’s the quickest and most effective way to express your support for a request.

Thanks,

Larry

Yes, I also agree. Customers that we’ve worked with also find this confusing and inconsistent.
