PDF viewer - not displaying

When clicking on an attached PDF, I can no longer see a preview. I receive this message
“An error occurred when rendering this document”

I am using Asana business in Google Chrome.

Hi @Dale_Haines, sorry to hear about this trouble! Can you confirm if the issue persists in an incognito window or in a different browser? Is this affecting all attachments? Are your colleagues running into the same issue?

I have not had a report from the team it is happening to them as of yet, however, it does not happen in incognito mode. I’m hoping there is a simple solution.

Hi @Dale_Haines, thanks for replying. We are still unable to replicate this problem on our end.

Generally speaking, when you have an issue using your usual browser but the issue doesn’t happen when you try in incognito/private mode, it indicates that there might be an extension causing conflicts with Asana.

You may need to try switching off some of your extensions to see if any are causing the issues. Let us know if that helps!

Thanks. The offending extension was Lingofy. I turned it off and the viewer started working again after a bit. I may turn it on soon and see what happens.
