Payment Issue

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade from free to monthly 2 users plan. but i couldn’t able to make the payment by using indian credit card (might by recent RBI update) how to fix this?

i’m ready to manually acknowledge every month. Monthly option is convenient for me.

Thanks Saravanan for highlighting the issue, its ongoing and not an issue from Asana side, other SaaS platforms facing the same issue as well, i have shared you how can you overcome this, may be that is not right for you at the moment but i think that i only option

Thanks Srinivas for your reply. my preference is to go with monthly plan with the min 2users plan initially. hope asana will come with an solution for this. otherwise they can remove the monthly option in their pricing.
