Paying for a Team Versus an Organization

I hope you don’t mind my moving your post to a new thread because I think the original one was about Members vs. Guests mostly, a different topic.

In short, if you have a Team plan (or a Division plan, see more below) instead of an Organization plan, you’ll create silo(s), and yes, all those not in the Team (or Division) will be on the free plan, or could be in another paid level (Advanced, Enterprise, etc.) which creates another silo.

If you cannot make an Organization plan work in your case, and are considering a Team plan, I usually advise going with a Division plan instead of a Team plan, because you can start with a Division plan of just one Team but add more Teams easily should that prove helpful.
