Outlook suggests Asana reply email address instead of real email address. Any fixes?

When my team sends an email to anyone using Asana, Outlook will often auto-suggest the “reply-####################@asana.com email” as the recipient instead of their normal email address. This causes missed emails and appointments if the sender isn’t careful about selecting the right address.

Any suggestions for how to remove the asana reply addresses from auto-suggest? Deleting the contact from the list of recent addresses (using the little x icon next to the suggestion) is only temporary.

Hi @Marie yes that is a temporary fix. I’ll keep looking for ways in Outlook to delete the Asana reply addresses from the autocomplete. Thanks for your help!
