How do you link Outlook Calendar and Asana so that they automatically update? Currently if we update anything within Asana, it doesn’t update it in Outlook.
Currently, the update between Asana and Outlook isn’t instant and can take up to a day.
It’s a bit limited at the moment, but there have been quite a few requests in the community for better calendar integration, so hopefully it’ll improve in the near future.

Do you know if it’s possible to sync Asana and Outlook the other way around? I’m creating an OOO calendar for my team and I was wondering if the OOO tasks could be added automatically as well by importing OOO requests from an existing Outlook calendar.

As it stands, it is not possible to sync event from Outlook into Asana, but I would suggest adding your vote on this thread by clicking on the “Vote” button at the top of this thread.
