Our Domain is linked to a foreign Company

Hello everybody,

we would love to start with asana, but we have problems with our domain.
At the moment it is linked to a company we don’t know. And we cannot change the Name. It looks like an enterprise account, because we have departments. We are superadmin and can change the name of the departments, but we cannot change the Name of the organisation.

We tried to get help from the asana helpdesk, but now 3 Weeks later nothing changed.

Can somebody help us or had similiar Issues?
Does somebody know a trick to change the Organisationname or to become Admin of the Organisation?

Sorry to hear about the problem you are facing.
Unfortunately we don‘t have direct insight into user accounts here on the forum so we won‘t be able to provide direct assistance regarding this.
You mentioned helpdesk, do you mean you have been in touch with Asana support?
They should definitely be able to assist further.
