In my organisation tap i have shown my account 2 times and both have different task . Can you please guide me why?

Hope you’re enjoying Asana so far. It would most likely be that it is 2 Asana instances. Are you an Asana Ambassador?If so, does one of the instances have your company name and the other named Asanaverse for Ambassadors?
