I have more than 1 organisation so I created 2 different accounts in Asana (2 different domailns). Can I add my secound organisation to the list in desktop application to change between these organisations without login off/login in everytime I wont to change it?

Yes you can if you merge your accounts. It means each address will give you access to both accounts. Head over to your profile settings > Email forwarding > Add new email.
