Hey Team,
I often store numbers in the description section of my Asana cards on my Kanban Board. I noticed the phone numbers are highlighted in blue and offer an option to call the phone number. I suggest an option to “Text” when a phone number is selected. I often find I need to text a client rather than call them.

is there a way to call or speak to customer support?
I currently have about 5 tickets open with different support agents for the same matter…and nobody is helping. They’re replying to emails just shunting things along.

Nobody will help.
I created a brand new account in asana. They associated my account with a completely separate email address…and that email address is the admin…and there’s nothing I can do to change this from my end…and nobody will help. They just keep telling me to ‘merge’ the accounts…despite me telling them REPEATEDLY that this is impossible.
Anyone any suggestions?
