For consideration: option to toggle on/off “Enter” key to post comments. I know there is a widget that shows you what comments you may not have clicked the “Comment” button for and that are in limbo, but many people in my organization are very accustomed to being able to submit/post by pressing “enter,” while others value the ability to add line breaks within comment text. Maybe the line break could be a formatting option and “enter” posts comments by default?
There have been a number of instances in which communications were missed and workflows hiccup because comments were never posted and went unseen. Having this option would eliminate this issue.
