Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug youâre experiencing:
The new Asana desktop apps are great! However, on both Windows & Mac OS X platforms, the OneDrive / SharePoint file picker doesnât load. (But it works perfectly in the browser).
On clicking OneDrive / SharePoint, itâll open a blank popup window and display an error inside the Asana window.
Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to attach a SharePoint / OneDrive file in the desktop versions of the app.

Something has changed in the past week but itâs still not fixed - now instead of a total app freeze I get a â403 forbiddenâ message. Anybody else?
Confirming this happens to me as well. First, the Microsoft login screen appears. After entering my MS credentials, I too get the â403 Forbiddenâ error.

I am experiencing same issue of 403 Forbidden on Asana Desktop App, are your product team still working on it ? OR you have a fix published yet ?.

Hi @anon24868009, welcome to the Asana Community Forum and sorry for the trouble here! Unfortunately we donât have an update, our team is planning to fix this issue with next Desktop app version update. We will post any news here as soon as we know more details!
