I recommend using subtasks for the multiple copies, as mentioned here and following the link within:

Assigning one task to multiple people

@Becky_Manson, I recommend a parent task to single-source the actual task info, then use the Assign Duplicates functionality in subtasks. I explained that here: Thanks, Larry
