Hi, I have a question. How do I assign a task to everyone but when someone has already done it, that the others who have not done it, do not miss the task
Hi @Anibal a task can only have one assignee. You can add multiple collaborators but not assignee, the only thing you can do is duplicate the task for the number of people that you require.

We assign the same task to various people like this. This creates in a fairly easy way task copies for the team members you select or for a whole team - you can add a team name:
